Twenty-ninth Amendment of the Constitution of India : ウィキペディア英語版 | Twenty-ninth Amendment of the Constitution of India
The Twenty-ninth Amendment of the Constitution of India, officially known as The Constitution (Twenty-ninth Amendment) Act, 1972, added the ''Kerala Land Reforms (Amendment) Act, 1969'' and the ''Kerala Land Reforms (Amendment) Act, 1971'' to the Ninth Schedule to the Constitution in order to secure their constitutional validity and prevent them from being struck down by the judiciary on the ground that they are inconsistent with any of the provisions of Part III of the Constitution relating to Fundamental Rights.〔 〕 The Supreme Court upheld the validity of the 29th Amendment in ''Kesavananda Bharati v. State of Kerala'' in 1973. ==Text==
